Our goal is to help minimize the interruption to our customers’ lives and quickly make it “like it never even happened.” Job Description The Reconstruction Project Manager (PM) directs all operations for assigned reconstruction projects following fire, water, storm, and other property loss events. Serving as the single point of contact for customers, insurance carriers, and stakeholders, the PM is fully accountable for project execution—from initial scope development through final walk-through and customer sign-off. This role demands strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining the SERVPRO standard of quality and service. Responsibilities Review loss details (type of loss, occupancy, square footage affected) to begin mobilizing resources Conduct thorough walk-through of project sites, assessing safety, business interruption needs, and stabilization requirements Develop full scope of work and project timelines for residential and commercial reconstruction projects Prepare complete and organized scopes of work using Xactimate Analyze material, labor, permitting, and equipment requirements for each job Negotiate scope and estimate approval with customers and insurance adjusters Execute change orders and manage scope adjustments throughout the project lifecycle Schedule and coordinate all subcontractors and material suppliers Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope requirements Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers and ongoing daily project updates Perform daily site inspections to validate schedule, progress, and quality standardsDefine and assign daily work orders for all personnel on site Ensure subcontractors complete all work in accordance with their purchase orders Verify material deliveries match purchase orders exactly Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions as required Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, clients, and insurance adjusters throughout the project Manage and elevate customer satisfaction at every stage of the project Provide daily project narrative updates to customers and insurance clients Address customer needs daily as the job progresses and resolve issues proactively Conduct final walk-through with customer and secure signed Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction Compile, manage, and resolve punch list items to project completion Review budgets and maximize profit margins on every project Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience in reconstruction, or general construction required Commercial and residential construction experience required Insurance claims and adjusting experience preferred Proficiency in Xactimate required Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management Must have valid Driver’s License to travel to jobsites Salary $70,000 - $90,000 pending experience Benefits 401(k) 4% Match Health, Dental, Vision insurance Vacation #J-18808-Ljbffr
