Remote Mental Health Counselor - Bilingual Spanish/English

Small Joys

Small Joys is hiring remote mental health counselors for a full-time role on a 1099 contract basis. You will conduct intake sessions, develop and review treatment plans, and coordinate with psychiatrists and primary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include documenting notes with standardized templates, tracking hours for billing, and collaborating with families to obtain patient history as needed. Remote location enables work from home across the United States.
