We are seeking a MSW or RIC therapist to provide outpatient services to school age children, adolescents and families. This is a full-time position with benefits that include weekly supervision and licensure supervision for the LPC or LCSW license. Training and supervision for the play therapy credential or CSAC supervision towards credential is available.Competitive Richmond area salary commensurate with experience, please inquire.This is a hybrid position with four days in the office for face-to-face sessions and one day (Friday) remote for telehealth sessions. We work Monday through Friday and this includes three late nights until 7pm. Our pre-licensed clinicians conduct 25 sessions a week. Our YFT-BHS program is a well established team of therapists with strong community support with currently seven regional offices in Northern Virginia.YFT offers competitive pay, free clinical supervision, continuing education, and ongoing trainings.
