Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through initial evaluations and ongoing therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' individual needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes within our electronic health record system.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care and continuity of treatment.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision, training, and participation in team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LPC, you will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a range of mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
