This position offers you the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to contribute to our patients' mental health from the comfort of your own home. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required in scheduling to accommodate patients' needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally-sensitive mental health assessments to accurately capture patients' unique experiences and formulate tailored treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Virginia.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the importance of cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy that employs inclusive and culturally responsive methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
