Salary: USD70000 - USD90000 per year Accounts Receivable Specialist- Temple Hills, MD Beacon Hill is working with a client who is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys working directly with customers, and can confidently manage account issues while maintaining strong professional relationships. The right candidate will bring a solid accounts receivable background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment posting, cash applications, and collections. Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and resolve billing discrepancies in a professional and timely manner. Research and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on delinquent accounts. Maintain accurate account records and documentation. Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and support billing operations. Assist with month-end closing activities, account reconciliations, and reporting.
