District ManagerPrecision Tune Auto Care is hiring an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple automotive service locations within an assigned region. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, improving profitability, developing store leadership, and ensuring consistent operational execution across all locations.The ideal candidate has strong automotive management experience, understands P&Ls, labor efficiency, and KPIs, and thrives in a hands-on, field-based leadership role.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Business PerformanceDrive district sales, gross profit, and net profitabilityAnalyze weekly and monthly P&Ls for each locationImprove labor efficiency, productivity, and cost controlEnsure pricing strategies and margin targets are metMulti-Unit OperationsOversee daily operations of multiple automotive repair shopsConduct regular store visits to review workflow, safety, and cleanlinessEnsure compliance with Precision Tune Auto Care standardsImplement operational initiatives and promotionsLeadership & Team DevelopmentCoach, train, and support Store Managers and Service AdvisorsAssist with hiring, onboarding, and performance managementHold leaders accountable to KPIs and operational expectationsBuild succession plans and leadership bench strengthSales & Customer ExperienceImprove car count, ARO, and close ratesMonitor customer satisfaction, reviews, and NPS scoresResolve customer escalations professionally and efficientlyReporting & CommunicationTrack and report KPIs and performance metricsLead weekly performance reviews with store leadershipCommunicate results and action plans to ownershipQualificationsRequired5+ years of automotive service or retail management experienceExperience managing multiple locations or large teamsStrong understanding of P&Ls, labor %, margins, and KPIsProven leadership, coaching, and accountability skillsAbility to travel regularly between locationsValid driver’s licensePreferredDistrict Manager or multi-unit management experienceFranchise or corporate automotive backgroundKPI-driven operational leadership experiencePerformance MetricsSales and gross profit growthLabor efficiency and productivityNet profit improvementCar count and AROCustomer satisfaction and online reviewsManager performance and retentionCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (commensurate with experience)Performance-based bonusHealth benefits, PTO, and paid holidaysWhy Join Precision Tune Auto CareEstablished, nationally recognized automotive brandLeadership role with direct impact on business performanceGrowth opportunities within a multi-unit operationPerformance-driven culture with strong upsideApply today if you’re a results-oriented automotive leader ready to take ownership of a multi-location operation.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
