As a Charge Nurse at UCHealth, you will coordinate patient care and unit operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You’ll lead a team of nurses and clinical staff, oversee patient assignments, support evidence-based practice, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. In this role, you’ll serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and point of escalation for complex cases.
