Learning & Development Specialist

Franklin County Ohio Department of Human Resources

The Franklin County Ohio Department of Human Resources is seeking a Training Officer to design and deliver professional development for county staff. You will develop instructional materials, prepare lesson plans, and run workshops to meet identified training needs. You will also coordinate orientation for new staff, respond to inquiries, document training activities, and participate in budgetary matters.
