Staffing Specialist - Bilingual

Job Description

Focus Workforce Management is now interviewing candidates for a bilingual Staffing Specialist to oversee our Reno, NV location. Ideal candidates would have experience with full-cycle recruiting, client relations and/or team management.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Design and implement effective recruiting/interviewing strategies
Onboard new employees ensuring compliance to screening/policy needs
Act as a point of contact and deliver on client needs
Manage team of recruiters and onsite support
Oversee management of HR duties (payroll, injuries, incidents, etc)

REQUIRED SKILLS INCLUDE:

Ability to maintain poise in challenging situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and text documents
Passion for superior internal and external customer service
Ability to multitask
Weekend availability
Strong sense of urgency
Friendly and outgoing personality
