Paid Social Strategist

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Paid Social Strategist, responsible for planning and optimizing full funnel Paid Social programs across various platforms to drive customer growth, revenue, and lifetime value while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Paid Social strategies aligned with client business goals, focusing on prospecting, retargeting, and loyalty Utilize platform features and automation to enhance campaign performance and scale successful initiatives based on data-driven insights Design and implement practical tests to measure campaign effectiveness, ensuring data integrity and tracking accuracy Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns on Meta and TikTok; familiarity with Pinterest, Snapchat, or Reddit is a plus Proficient in using Meta Advantage+/value optimization/CAPI, TikTok Smart Performance, and Pinterest Performance+ Comfortable with GA4 and platform analytics, capable of connecting media spend to revenue metrics Strong storytelling and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders and client interactions Ability to design effective tests and maintain healthy data tracking systems
