- Evaluate clients' fitness levels and health conditions.
- Build individualized exercise programs.
- Explain exercises in detail and suggest alternatives if needed.
- Monitor progress of clients' fitness levels.
- Explain safe and proper use of gym equipment.
- Lead both individual and group training sessions.
