Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Oncology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and manage side effects in accordance with established protocols.
• Provide care and management of patients undergoing bone marrow transplantation and related treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor patient outcomes and document in the Epic electronic medical record system.
• Float to other UCSF Facilities as needed, ensuring a high standard of patient care.
• Maintain compliance with infection control policies and procedures, including COVID-19 and flu vaccination mandates.

Qualifications

• Active California RN License and BSN required.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years inpatient oncology and BMT experience required.
• Proficiency in Epic charting system is required.
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy certification required, OCN preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team environment.
