We are seeking a detail-oriented Fund Accountant to join a fast-paced financial services team supporting Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). This role is responsible for overseeing the daily NAV lifecycle, ensuring accurate fund accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and client deliverables while partnering closely with internal teams and external clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented Fund Accountant to join a fast-paced financial services team supporting Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). This role is responsible for overseeing the daily NAV lifecycle, ensuring accurate fund accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and client deliverables while partnering closely with internal teams and external clients. Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily NAV lifecycle, ensuring accurate fund activity, pricing, and reporting.
- Perform cash and asset reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve exceptions.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely support on operational and reporting matters.
- Support financial reporting processes while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Assist with onboarding new funds and supporting ongoing fund lifecycle activities.
- Partner with fund accounting, operations, and client service teams to ensure seamless daily execution.
- Utilize Excel to analyze data, validate outputs, and support reporting and reconciliation activities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 2-5+ years of experience in fund accounting, ETF operations, or financial services.
- Understanding of fund accounting principles and NAV calculation processes.
- Strong Excel skills with experience performing financial analysis and reconciliations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience supporting Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).
- Familiarity with InvestOne or similar fund accounting platforms.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and capital markets.
