Pay Rate: $97/h
Duration: Through 5/21/2027

About the Role

PG&E is seeking a Program Manager Sr to lead a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives focused on operational boundaries, enterprise systems alignment, data governance, and process improvement. This role will work closely with Operations, Engineering, IT, GIS, and Data Management teams to improve data quality, system integration, reporting consistency, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs focused on operational boundary alignment, data governance, and enterprise system integration
• Manage project intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, IT, GIS, and Data Management teams to identify gaps and implement scalable solutions
• Drive alignment between operational structures, asset data, SAP, ESRI/GIS, and other enterprise systems
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, budgets, forecasts, and executive-level reporting
• Coordinate resolution of complex data, system, and operational issues involving cross-system dependencies
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational processes
• Provide leadership updates, recommendations, and business insights through structured reporting and analysis

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Program or Project Management experience
• Strong operational process improvement and business transformation experience
• Experience leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
• Experience with data governance, systems integration, process standardization, and reporting
• Ability to work independently in complex and ambiguous environments
• Experience with SAP, ESRI/GIS, asset management systems, or enterprise data environments is highly preferred
• Utility, energy, engineering, infrastructure, or other regulated industry experience is a plus
