Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns and strengths, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their challenges.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and safety planning for clients in acute distress.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and group therapy sessions, enhancing client engagement and providing peer support opportunities.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of sessions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards, using electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
