What You’ll Do: Build Relationships: Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with precision. Client Success: Act as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the quality of service delivery through detailed inspections and feedback channels, always striving for excellence. Drive Growth: Look for opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, showcasing the full range of solutions City Wide has to offer. Collaborate: Work closely with our operations team and contractors to ensure that contracts are fulfilled and that our clients are thrilled with our services! Why City Wide? We’re about creating an engaging culture where everyone can excel. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in account management or customer service, particularly in a B2B environment. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships with a proactive, customer-centric attitude. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, that allow you to interact confidently with clients and team members. A team player who collaborates well with others and contributes to a fun, energetic work environment. Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
