Overview The iconic Arizona Biltmore is looking for a Pastry Cook II to join the Culinary Team! Located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix since 1929 this gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $100 million renovation. This iconic hotel has over 700 rooms over 200000 square feet in banquet space and 8 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants 2 pools 2 bars a gelato shop/café and in-room dining). Responsibilities Prepare pastry food items according to designated recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards. Stock , maintain and ensure proper storage and refrigeration of an adequate supply of all prepared product. Develop new products for a-la-carte and catering menus as needed. Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal state local and company regulations. Display and set baked products on mobile carts according to specifications.
