Data entry experience is a plus! but not required.Job Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions:Receiving incoming Components for Repair / OverhaulGenerating documentation, technical data and shop travelers using customer repair orders as guidance.Perform Visual and Dimensional Inspections using manual inspection tools to determine serviceabilityPerform Floor Inspections on various machines / ensuring tolerances are metMaintain FAA Documentation / Record keepingPrepare Customer Repair / Overhaul QuotesPerform Final Inspections / Generate FAA / DOT DocumentationAssist in Maintaining FAA/DOT Quality SystemWorking Conditions:Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.This position may require walking primarily on a level surface for periods of time as well as reaching above shoulder heights or below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workdayEquipment Operated: Ability to operate office machines and equipment and troubleshoot problems with equipment.Work Location: Aviation Welding Technologies, LLC 73 Commerce Drive, Uxbridge, MAProtective Equipment Required: NonePotential Hazards: Exposure to materials identified on Material Safety Data Sheets.Job Specifications:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience. Must be Highly Motivated individual. Must possess Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills. Must have Data Entry Skills / computer literate. Must be able to read, write and understand English. Must be available to work Fulltime, M-F, Hours ranging from 7am– 5pm. Must pass FAA/DOT Pre-Employment drug test and background screen, also will be subjected to random drug and alcohol testing.******Must Have A&P license to be considered******Education/Training: Minimum of a H. S. Diploma or GED.Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience.Compensation: $25-$35 Certificates/Licenses: A&PWe offer competitive pay and a wide variety of benefits.
