Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Demonstrated experience working with students with significant behavioral needs
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training preferred
• Deep understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Strong de-escalation, organizational, and communication skills
• Dedication to student growth, advocacy, and classroom safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and behavioral interventions to a group of four students with significant needs
