• Work directly with a small caseload (4 students) exhibiting severe behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement personalized academic and behavioral goals.
• Employ evidence-based strategies to support positive behavior and student growth.
• Collaborate closely with support staff and related service providers.
• Collect data and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Maintain detailed records and handle documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and utilize CPI training when necessary.
