Client Experience Associate - Luxin

Luxin is a luxury custom clothing company built around intention, and the highest standard of client experience. We are looking for a refined, driven individual to join our Coral Gables showroom as a Client Experience Associate.

The Role

You will be the first impression of Luxin - greeting clients, guiding them through our collections, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand's standard of excellence. Beyond sales, you'll support our store manager with day-to-day operations and contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation. You will also be responsible for making content.

What We're Looking For?

A natural elegance - in presence, communication, and personal style? Genuine warmth and the ability to build lasting client relationships? A sharp eye for detail and an instinct for luxury aesthetics? Self-motivated, organized, and capable of executing without being managed? Passion for fashion, design, or the luxury space? Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles preferred.

What You'll Do?

Drive sales and own the client relationship from first contact through follow-up? Assist the store manager with operations, scheduling, and team coordination? Contribute to visual merchandising and maintaining brand presentation standards? Represent Luxin at the highest level in every client interaction

Compensation: Base + commission | Details provided upon interview
