Program ManagerRequired Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Administration, or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of program / project leadership experience managing complex technology delivery programs, with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional workstreams and executive governance. Experience managing secure, regulated, public-sector, aviation, transportation, identity, border, biometric, cybersecurity, or systems-integration programs. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across product, engineering, professional services, support, finance, legal, compliance, supply chain, sales, and subcontractor organizations. Strong understanding of program governance, integrated master schedules, RAID logs, change control, deliverables tracking, acceptance management, and executive reporting. Working knowledge of federal delivery considerations, including compliance, security, procurement response discipline, customer dependencies, subcontractor controls, and audit-ready documentation. Ability to communicate clearly with executive, technical, operational, commercial, and customer stakeholders. Comfortable operating in high-pressure, customer-facing environments with ambiguous requirements, evolving customer direction, and multiple external dependencies. Ability and willingness to travel as required for customer meetings, deployment readiness reviews, major milestones, and program escalations.Nice to Have Skills & Experience: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent program governance certification. Experience with DHS, CBP, TSA, airport operations, federal systems integrators, or secure government delivery environments. Experience transitioning pilots, demonstrations, or limited operational evaluations into production-ready deployment and support models. Familiarity with FAR/HSAR concepts, commercial item acquisition, FFP/CLIN structures, IDIQ/base-and-options models, reps and certs, and federal contracting flow-downs. Experience managing embedded partners, subcontractors, suppliers, OEMs, and field-service providers in a prime-contractor delivery model. Working familiarity with biometric capture, edge compute, camera systems, secure networking, PKI/certificates, software release governance, monitoring, and tiered support operations. Track record building PMO discipline, deployment factories, support transition processes, and continuous improvement governance.Job Description: We are seeking a Program Manager for a 12-month contract to oversee a large, multi-site government technology implementation across airports in the United States. This individual will provide program-level oversight across all deployment sites and ensure delivery remains aligned with contractual requirements, service levels, schedules, budgets, and customer expectations.Responsibilities will include establishing the program charter and governance model, maintaining the integrated program schedule, monitoring performance across individual sites, managing program-level risks and escalations, evaluating vendor performance, and providing updates to executive and customer stakeholders.The ideal candidate has led complex technology or systems-integration programs involving government customers, multiple external partners, and aggressive implementation timelines. This individual must be able to enter a fast-moving environment and immediately provide structure, leadership, and accountability with minimal training. This is a remote position with up to approximately six trips during the contract and the potential for an extension or conversion based on long-term program needs.
