About the Role:
Mister Sparky in Fremont, CA is looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to join our energetic team! This is a great opportunity to play a key support role in a fast-paced electrical services environment where your organizational skills will keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage PG&E applications, documentation, and related utility coordination
- Submit, track, and follow up on city permits for electrical projects
- Utilize Service Titan software for scheduling, job management, and customer records
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide excellent front-office customer service
- Maintain accurate filing systems for permits, inspections, and project documentation
- Coordinate with field technicians and project managers to ensure job workflow continuity
- Support billing, invoicing, and data entry tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience with PG&E processes and city/municipal permitting strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Service Titan or similar field service management software
- Strong administrative and data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
- Experience in the electrical, construction, or home services industry is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
