Director, Revenue & GTN Accounting

Xenon Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Director, Revenue Accounting to lead revenue recognition and GTN accounting under ASC 606. This hybrid role based in the Boston/Needham area partners with Commercial and Finance teams to deliver accurate revenue reporting and robust forecasting. The role requires CPA or equivalent, 10+ years in biotech finance, and experience launching a commercial product.
