Job DescriptionStrive Global is seeking a motivated and dependable Production Associate to join our growing team in Hartford, CT. In this role, you will contribute to daily production operations by ensuring products are assembled, inspected, and prepared according to company quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily production and manufacturing activities.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
- Report equipment or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
