Available Shifts 1st shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm OR Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 5pm-3:30am Training Requirement: All new hires may be required to train on 1st Shift. Overtime: Currently, mandatory overtime may be required on Fridays to help meet production deadlines. What You'll Do As an Assembler, you'll be a critical contributor to our manufacturing operations by: Performing complex mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications Coaching and training junior assemblers on assembly techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards Ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and compliance standards Identifying opportunities to improve assembly processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste Collaborating with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing and design challenges Conducting final inspections and testing to ensure products meet quality and performance standards Monitoring inventory levels of assembly materials and components Supporting Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 2-5+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience training, mentoring, or supporting team members Knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
