Sales Representative - Boston, MA - Sports Medicine

Stryker seeks a field-based sports medicine sales representative to promote and sell medical devices to healthcare providers. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, managing territory sales, and serving as a subject matter expert for orthopedic and sports medicine solutions across the Boston area.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell sports medicine products to healthcare facilities and practitioners
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for doctors and clinical staff
- Prepare and lead sales presentations and pitches to prospective customers
- Manage territory analysis, inventory, pricing negotiations, and customer problem-solving
- Participate in trade shows and represent Stryker at industry events
Requirements
- 2–5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in medical fields
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial/medical field experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and exceed sales targets
- Subject matter expertise in medical products and market knowledge
Compensation: $50,000 base salary, eligible for commission and bonuses plus benefits
