Office Manager - State Farm Insurance Agency

We are a growing, high-performing State Farm agency looking for an experienced, organized, and people-focused Office Manager to help lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operation of our agency.

This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys creating structure, holding people accountable, solving problems, and helping a team perform at a high level.

What You'll Do

The Office Manager will work closely with the Agent and agency leadership to ensure the office operates efficiently and our team delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency
Help create and maintain a professional, positive, high-performance office culture
Ensure agency systems, workflows, and procedures are being followed
Confidently handle a range of billing conversations-from routine questions to more challenging situations-while helping customers understand their options and next steps
Identify operational problems and take ownership of getting them resolved
Monitor outstanding tasks and make sure important items don't fall through the cracks
Assist with team meetings, performance tracking, and internal communication
Support customer service operations and help resolve customer issues
Leads customer retention conversations and initiatives
Coordinate with sales and service teams to improve overall agency performance
Help implement new processes and technology designed to make the agency more efficient
Maintain a professional and organized office environment
Serve as a trusted operational partner to the Agent

Previous management, insurance, financial services, or State Farm agency experience is a plus, but exceptional leadership and organizational ability are most important.

A successful Office Manager makes the entire agency run better.

Problems are addressed quickly. Tasks are completed. Customers receive excellent service. Leadership has visibility into what's happening in the business.

Most importantly, the Agent doesn't have to personally manage every operational detail because the Office Manager takes ownership of making sure things get done.

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
