As a Regional Sales Coordinator within PNC's Institutional Asset Management organization, you will be based in Washington, DC. In this position, you will support the market's sales efforts for Institutional Asset Management (IAM) clients, as well as provide administrative support. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Sales reporting and analysis, including weekly pipeline reporting, distribution and overall pipeline hygiene. Maintain dashboards and support forecasting; escalate gaps or stalled opportunities. Assist IAM's investment teams producing quarterly client reports.
• Support new business presentations with client research, deck preparation, and coordination of marketing materials (including PowerPoint presentations).
• Event coordination, which includes maintaining the event calendar, marketing lists, RSVP records and associated data cleanup. Manage event logistics, invitations, name cards, QR codes, badges, venues, catering, costs and funding-source confirmation.
• Maintain referral tracking, partnership activity and the referral playbook. Manage upkeep of sales-related data in our CRM system.
• Process invoices and expense reports.
