This role is primarily on-site, allowing you to work closely with our attorneys, clients, and support team. Limited remote flexibility may be available when appropriate. Note: Candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar, have 5+ years of associate attorney experience, including at least 2+ years of family law experience, and be comfortable independently managing their own cases. Job Description Independently manage a caseload of divorce, marital, and family law matters from initial strategy through resolution. Advise clients on divorce, parenting and time-sharing, support, equitable distribution, post-judgment matters, and related family law issues. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, and other substantive legal documents. Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and trials as needed. Develop case strategy, negotiate resolutions, and provide clear, practical counsel throughout each matter. Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff while maintaining strong ownership of deadlines, client communication, and case progression. Qualifications Active Florida Bar membership in good standing. 5+ years of associate attorney experience. 2+ years of directly relevant family law experience. Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases and client relationships. Strong legal writing, advocacy, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
