Position:

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, this person will be responsible for maximizing the operational and financial performance of the assets through strategic and active daily management. Specific duties include preparation of annual building budgets (expense and revenue), preparation/presentation of variance analysis, lease administration, and providing the highest level of customer service to tenants and clients. This person will also maintain a keen and detailed understanding of each asset while overseeing a team of an Assistant Property Manager and the engineering staff. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 3-5 years of property management experience, preferably with Class A/B office assets.
• Strong financial skills needed, knowledge of excel required.
• The person should have the ability to provide solutions in a positive, constructive manner while gaining the confidence and support of others.
• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
