Your Role: What Awaits You

• You will conduct both routine and specialized laboratory tests spanning various disciplines, such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, all while adhering to established protocols.
• Analyze test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Assist in specimen collection and sample preparation as necessary, playing an integral role in the lab's workflow.
• Meticulously document procedures, mentor new team members, and contribute to sustaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a tidy, compliant work environment while observing all regulatory guidelines and accreditation requirements.

Required Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, accompanied by preparatory certification from ASCP/AMT.

Necessary Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your time with us.
