Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests-covering areas such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-following established protocols.
Interpret test results with precision, troubleshoot issues, and ensure lab instruments undergo preventative maintenance and calibration.
Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as the situation requires.
Keep detailed documentation of all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and help sustain high lab quality standards.
Ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) certification must be obtained within the first year of employment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail, particularly in quality control and documentation.
