New Graduate Nurse Critical Care Step Down

HCA Healthcare

HCA Healthcare is seeking a New Graduate Nurse for our Critical Care Step Down unit. In this role, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to high-acuity patients transitioning from ICU. Under the guidance of experienced preceptors, you will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor complex conditions, and respond to changes in patient status. You will collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, support patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation. HCA offers comprehensive orientation, mentorship, and ongoing education to support your growth and long-term career development.
