Commercial Lines Account Manager – Small to Mid-Market Accounts (Tampa, FL)

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 base + full benefits
Work Setting: Hybrid or In-Office (Tampa, FL)
Systems: EPIC, TAM, or AMS360 required

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a book of small to mid-sized commercial P&C accounts, ensuring timely renewals and excellent client service.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, assisting with coverages, claims, and policy changes.

• Market and quote new and renewal business, leveraging carrier relationships and rating tools.

• Collaborate with producers and underwriters to secure competitive pricing and optimal coverage.

• Maintain organized, accurate client records to ensure compliance and smooth renewals.

• Handle coverage questions, billing inquiries, and other client service needs with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of commercial insurance experience in an independent agency environment.

• Active 220 P&C License required.

• Proficiency in EPIC, TAM, or AMS360 is essential.

• Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

• Industry designations such as CIC, CRIS, or CPCU are a plus.
