DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Build, optimize, and maintain AWS-based serverless infrastructure, with a strong focus on AWS Lambda and API-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to maintain and optimize Databricks workspaces, clusters, and data infrastructure.
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and automated software delivery.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure platform reliability and performance.
• Continuously improve infrastructure security, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize cloud costs, ensuring efficient resource utilization across environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional experience in a DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering role.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, particularly serverless services such as AWS Lambda.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure with Terraform.
• Familiarity with Databricks administration or supporting large-scale data platforms.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) and experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, API-first design, and secure cloud networking.
• Experience monitoring infrastructure performance and optimizing cloud costs (FinOps mindset).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering teams.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
