The target compensation for this position is $60,000 - $62,000 annually, which is based on an hourly rate of $28.00, plus any applicable overtime compensation for a 42-hour workweek. Responsibilities Starting as an Accountant, you are executing accounting procedures and principles that will lead to financial statement, preparation, and financial analysis. Process general ledger entries, journal vouchers and cash receipts Prepare and reconcile monthly schedules for balance sheet accounts Reconcile bank statements and identify non‑clearing items Audit, record and track the depreciation of fixed assets Prepare and review accounts receivables Serve as a liaison between the Rewards Team and Customer Support to handle refunds Process administrative payments, inter‑company billings and payables Process cash receipts and wire payments for various rental accounts and programs Assist with annual expense and income forecasts Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Must be planning to attain CPA or CMA within 1-2 years. Must have an intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel and Word). Must be flexible to relocate outside local area/state within a 1-3 year period to accept potential promotional opportunities. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. Valid driver's license required.
