Onboarding Coordinator
Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, Communications, or related field
Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience: Minimum 2 years of U.S. onboarding experience, SuccessFactors experience, 2 years of I-9 processing and I-9 reverifications experience, employment eligibility verification, basic Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting), HR operations, administrative support, strong organizational skills, customer service, ability to maintain confidentiality, attention to detail, process tracking
Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience: HRIS experience, reporting, process improvement, AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.), workflow automation, talent management operations, employee lifecycle support, learning management systems, project coordination
Onboarding Coordinator Overview: Support HR operations by coordinating onboarding activities, processing I-9s, maintaining employee records, supporting HR programs, responding to employee inquiries, and assisting with process improvements. The role also supports reporting, documentation, operational initiatives, and the adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency
Job Duties: Coordinate employee onboarding, process I-9 documentation and reverifications, maintain employee records in SuccessFactors, track onboarding workflows, respond to employee inquiries, support Talent Management programs, generate reports, maintain HR documentation, assist with operational projects, support process improvements, utilize Excel for reporting, explore AI and automation opportunities, partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers
