Customer Service Coordinator

Fields Jaguar Land Rover Northfield is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience to both our internal and external customers! Our goal is to provide the best customer experience and create lifelong relationships.

What We Offer

• Meet and greet customers professionally in-person & on the phone
• Create and set appointments for service
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying
• Maintain office supplies for a specific location

• Must be available to work every Saturday
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
