Human Resources Coordinator - Full Time

Responsibilities Come join our HR team and love what you do! We are currently hiring a full time Human Resources Coordinator for Fremont Hospital . The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing Human Resources support for the facility, which includes maintaining all personnel records and files, answering the HR phones, assisting with all walk-ins, maintaining compliance for all licensing, certifications, and immunizations, setting up general employee orientations, compiling, retrieving, and processing personnel data, actions, and changes with appropriate timeliness, assisting in development and implementation of personnel policies, procedures, and manuals. Managing, overseeing and coordinating all of the office’s administrative activities including: organizing meetings, managing databases, and communicating effectively with staff and leadership, organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. Point person for mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands. The coordinator is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, making employee badges, assisting with HR projects, and ensuring the confidentiality of all data and information. Fremont Hospital is a fully accredited, 148-bed private inpatient psychiatric hospital providing quality care for children through adults. The facility provides a full assortment of care which includes assessments, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, partial-hospitalization, intensive outpatient psychiatric treatment as well as chemical dependency outpatient care. For additional information visit Qualifications Education: Associates of Arts (AA) degree in Human Resources or equivalent experienced preferred. High School Diploma Required. Experience: Minimum one year of Human Resources experience preferred. Prefer hospital setting experience or Human Resources certification. Computer/Software programs: Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR related systems such as Lawson, Healthstream, and ICIMS preferred.
