Security Supervisor - Mid-Wilshire Medical Center

Description Under the supervision of the security Operations Manager, provide leadership and direction to all security personnel and all program policies and procedures. Responsibilities include supervision, deployment of personnel and other duties as assigned. Directly supervises Security staff protecting property and entrance to restricted areas, maintaining crowds at public events, performing security inspections for risks, and controlling safety rule infractions. Manages schedules based on demand, skill set and distribution. Supervises Security Professionals performing protective service duties by monitoring work in line with Security program standards and policies. Assumes full responsibility for security personnel in all health system areas in the absence of the security operations manager. Supervises and trains security officers and other personnel assigned to protective service duties. Directly supervises Security staff protecting property. Provide leadership and administrative oversight of the Photo Identification Program in the absence of the manager. Security Supervisors enforce all policies and state laws, and follow all guidelines including state regulatory agency requirements.
