SPOC Servicing Supervisor

Managing a team of 10-12 SPOC Specialists, the full-time salaried SPOC Servicing Supervisor will oversee compliance in the Loss Mitigation group, conduct daily team huddles, and ensure adherence to state and federal guidelines while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Supervise daily operations, including team performance evaluations and disciplinary actions Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance performance and compliance Ensure adherence to loss mitigation guidelines and manage department work queues effectively Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC loss mitigation options Understanding of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and related mortgage servicing laws Experience in managing teams and conducting performance evaluations Ability to work until 8 PM EST and one Saturday a month
