Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of a dynamic organization. The CFO will oversee financial planning, risk management, and reporting to drive sustainable growth and ensure fiscal responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Oversee cash flow, capital structure, and investment activities.
- Lead risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning and decision-making.
- Supervise finance team and promote continuous improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and regulations.
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic leadership.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
