Senior Finance Director, Laboratory Chemicals Division

Senior Finance Director role leading financial strategy and performance management for a $600M+ laboratory chemicals division at Thermo Fisher Scientific. This strategic position partners with divisional leadership to drive profitable growth, margin expansion, and operational excellence across a global business.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary finance partner to Division President and leadership team on strategy and performance
- Lead annual operating plans, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning for $600M+ division
- Partner with commercial, operations, and supply chain teams on pricing, productivity, and margin initiatives
- Develop financial insights on revenue, margins, working capital, and cash flow across business
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance team to serve as strategic business partners
Requirements
- Extensive experience in divisional or business unit finance leadership roles
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Demonstrated ability to drive margin improvement and operational cost optimization
- Commercial acumen with pricing strategy and revenue management experience
- Proven leadership capability with track record of building high-performing finance teams
- Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and operational finance drivers
