We are seeking a proven multi-unit operations leader to run a market for a fast-growing, mission-driven fast casual brand. Two beloved concepts recently came together as one brand with one menu and one operating system, and the company is well capitalized, growing double digits, and building toward its next phase of expansion. This role leads 3-5 Multi-Unit Leaders and roughly 10 restaurants, with full accountability for sales, profit, people, guest experience, and standards.

What You'll Do

• Own operational and financial performance across the market: sales growth, prime cost, controllables, and four-wall profit
• Lead, coach, and develop 3-5 Multi-Unit Leaders; build the GM and AGM bench in every restaurant
• Set clear expectations, review results weekly, and hold leaders accountable while earning their trust
• Lead the rollout of one unified operating system, menu, and set of standards across the market
• Identify underperforming restaurants early and lead turnarounds with the local leadership team
• Own execution of new initiatives, menu launches, and technology rollouts, consistently, every location
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, allergen protocol, and state and local labor law
• Drive guest satisfaction and consistent brand execution so the guest can't tell which location they're in
• Lead new restaurant openings and conversions in the market

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership, including experience leading other multi-unit leaders, not only General Managers
• Fast casual or QSR background at a brand known for strong systems, training, and guest experience
• Proven P&L ownership across a portfolio of restaurants
• A track record of developing GMs into multi-unit leaders ahead of growth
• Experience taking a market through change: an integration, rebrand, system rollout, or turnaround
• Ownership mentality; direct, warm communicator; results over hours
• Lives in the market (or relocating) with regular travel across it; valid driver's license
• You don't have to be plant-based, but you have to care about leaving people, animals, and the planet better than you found them
