Lead Field Operations for High-Volume Fast Casual

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations across multiple fast casual locations
- Build, develop, and manage field operations teams
- Ensure brand standards, food quality, and customer experience consistency
- Drive profitability through cost control, efficiency, and process improvement
- Partner with leadership to execute growth and expansion initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven multi-unit operations experience in QSR or fast casual
- Strong P&L management and operational analytics skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Track record of driving operational excellence and improving KPIs
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent problem-solving abilities
