Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in the banking sector. The ideal candidate and auto finance will possess a deep understanding of banking operations, regulations, and business analysis methodologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and deliver value to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technology teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather, document, and prioritize business needs.

Lead workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and facilitate discussions among stakeholders.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories.

Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance business processes.

Support project management activities by providing insights and updates on project status and risks.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Provide training and support to end users to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience in Banking Business Analysis with a strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulations.

Expertise in business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.

Knowledge of emerging banking technologies and digital transformation trends.

Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

10 15 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on the banking industry.

Demonstrated success in leading complex projects and delivering results in a fast paced environment.
