Job Title: Frame to Finish Carpenter

Location: Londonderry, NH

Pay: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

We are seeking skilled Frame to Finish Carpenters for a large, long-term construction project in Londonderry, NH . This project includes the construction of multiple apartment complexes, retail spaces, and manufacturing facilities . We are building several facilities over multiple phases, offering steady, ongoing work.

Carpenters will be assigned based on experience and project needs, with work ranging from rough framing to finish carpentry and punch-list work .

• Perform carpentry work across various phases of construction, including:
  • Rough framing (wood and light commercial framing)
  • Interior and exterior finish work
  • Punch-list and detail-oriented tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Work independently or as part of a crew depending on assignment
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive jobsite
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to meet project schedules

• Experience in commercial and/or residential carpentry (both considered)
• Ability to perform framing, finish, or detail work depending on assignment
• Knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and methods
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the day

• Must have a basic set of hand tools
• All power tools provided by the company

• $25–$35/hour, depending on experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Londonderry, NH.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $59.50/hr.
