Maintenance Supervisor II

Maintenance Supervisor II – Seattle, WA Responsibilities Direct employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs and ground maintenance. Obtain bids for work from outside contractors and assemble, analyze, and submit bids to superiors for action. Order and receive supplies, appliances and equipment from vendors. Coordinate work performed by outside vendors and inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and standards. Inspect facilities and equipment to determine need and extent of service, required equipment, and type. Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments. Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules. Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew. Assist Property Manager in planning and administering maintenance budget. Participate in after‑hours and emergency coverage as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Minimum 3 years related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor. Preference for Yardi experience. Experience in all trades. Excellent written, communication and computer skills. Past supervisory experience required. Current driver's license and auto insurance required. Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.
